Some vehicles require a compatible TPMS diagnostic tool to register/relearn the sensors to the vehicle.

Important: Relearning does not mean the sensors need to be programmed again. KYVO programs the sensors before dispatch; relearning allows your vehicle to recognise the newly installed sensors.

Our programmable tyre pressure monitoring sensors support 315 MHz and 433 MHz applications and are available with the correct metal or rubber valve where compatible. After fitting, some vehicles recognise a replacement sensor automatically, while others require a manual or OBD-based TPMS relearn.

What is a TPMS sensor?
A tyre pressure monitoring system sensor monitors tyre pressure and helps your vehicle warn you when pressure falls outside the expected range.
Do I need to programme it myself?
No. KYVO programmes the sensor for the vehicle details supplied with your order. Your vehicle may still require an installation or relearn procedure after fitting.
Can I replace just one sensor?
In many cases a failed TPMS sensor can be replaced individually. Confirm the correct fitment for your vehicle before installation.
How do I know if my TPMS sensor has failed?
A persistent TPMS warning can have several causes. A tyre shop or garage can diagnose whether a sensor, tyre pressure issue or relearn procedure is responsible.

Yes. KYVO sensors are pre-programmed for the vehicle details supplied with your order. After installation, the vehicle may still need to relearn or register the new sensors. Some vehicles use automatic relearn after installation and driving, some require a manual TPMS reset/relearn procedure, and others require an OBD or compatible TPMS diagnostic tool. Relearning does not mean the sensors need programming again — programming is completed by KYVO before dispatch; relearning is the vehicle-side process that allows the vehicle to recognise the newly installed sensors. Should I replace all four sensors?
That depends on the age and condition of the existing sensors. You can order a single replacement or a full set based on your needs.
Will KYVO work with my vehicle?

Can my local tyre shop install it?
A competent tyre shop or garage equipped to install TPMS sensors should be able to fit the sensor and perform any required relearn procedure.
What if I entered the wrong details?
Contact KYVO as soon as possible before dispatch so the programming details can be checked or corrected.
